Gaia brings a wealth of experience within private equity, with a solid track record in both fund selection and direct investments across sectors such as agriculture, energy, and infrastructure.

Gaia is passionate about sustainable investing, with a focus on opportunities that drive both financial returns and long-term positive impact. Over the past decade, Gaia was Managing Partner at Verdantf – a closed platform for direct investments at the nexus of biomass, energy, waste conversion, and agriculture.

Prior to this, she held positions at Adveq Management, Samsung, and Procter & Gamble. Gaia holds a double Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructures from Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan in Stockholm and Politecnico di Milano. She also holds an MBA and a Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD.

Gaia’s experience in both large institutional environments and entrepreneurial investment firms, equips her with the ability to navigate complex investment structures across geographies and asset classes and will further strengthen Selected Group’s capabilities.
